Hazardous Waste Operations (HAZWOPER): 24-Hour Course

• Course Description: This training course provides basic training for people who may be exposed to hazardous chemicals or doing clean-up of hazardous substances, but will not face daily hazards. It is required if you or your employees’ exposure will meet or exceed OSHA Permissible Exposure Limits (PELs).
• Length: 24-Hour (3 days)
• Prerequisite: None
• Certification Period: 1 year
• Who should attend: Employees must receive HAZWOPER training to the level required by their job function and role. HAZWOPER 24 training applies to general site workers, occasional site workers, and all other personnel who will not face daily hazards.
